4th of July

Happy 4th! We celebrated by going to Liberty days. Since Ross and Julie moved to Liberty they have quickly become a big part of Liberty days and this year they were even in charge.

We had a great dutch oven dinner at the park, then spent the rest of the night waiting for fireworks, playing on the blankets, and going down the slides. Cade even went on a little train ride in the green caterpillar.

Mike and Emma-loos came up for the festivities too and Cade had a great time wrestling and playing with both of them.

Cade was so excited about the fireworks. He could hardly wait until it was dark! He was so fun he would shout out the color of each one and exclaim, "WOW! That was a great big one!"

Even Ella loved the fireworks! We tried to cover her eyes and she would fuss! She loved seeing the lights. Abby just slept through the whole thing! It was a fun way to celebrate the day!

Looks like fun. I think I recognize the ant blanket :) The girls look darling in their dresses. Great minds think alike. We need to get them together with Tayler & Macie and have a photo shoot. Maybe Annie has one too??
