So, I am a little behind, but since I am doing this more for a family record than anything, I am going to catch up and do a little backtracking.
Swimming lessons this year were awesome. Cade took lessons from Julie Stratford (my cousin Todd's wife). She teaches in her mom's pool. It's great because they are more one-on-one and she is a wonderful teacher!
Cade had lessons with Tayler. We loved getting up each morning to go to swimming and see Tayler and "Nana Joo-we" which is what Cade calls Julie. He calls Tyler's mom "Nana Julie" and so he thinks anybody with the name Julie should also be a "nana".
Cade has made HUGE progress this year. Last year he wouldn't even get in the pool without me and would hardly do anything without crying or fussing about it. This year, he jumped right in, put his face and head under the water, did his backfloats, and even jumped off the diving board!! I am so proud of him!!
